From the very beginning working with Bethany via email was a positive experience and a great first impression for the RBM North team.  When I arrived on site, I was greeted by Bethany who handed to Debbie (my sales person) with a smooth transition. 

Debbie then assisted me with a test drive, answering my questions and providing my initial financial options that I used to evaluate my options for leasing versus buying.  Three days later she asked for feedback on my buying process and asked if there was anything she could on her side making it viable and competitive.

However, I was most impressed with Jack (the sales manager) who took a lot of time to go over my payment options by providing several scenarios and may I importantly point out, proviidng the lease / buy calculations without confusion.  This negotiation process was upfront and made clear by looking at his computer screen to determine my payment options and terms.  Jack did not play games with the numbers (something I've experienced in the past working with other dealerships), but stepped up using new technology and software making it easy to undersand and finalize our contract.  While in the finance manager's office completing the paperwork, the process was so fast, I didnt have a chance to know him better, so I'm sorry I cannon elaborate more ont hat step.

Bethany, Debbie, Jack the finance manager, Jon, were very professionally and all in sync with an effiecient bying process making it easy leasing my new Mercedes.  I will certainly recommend my friends to your team at RBM North.

First: I love my car! Second: I have been pleased with each experience with RBM. This is from the Sales process with Adam through the Service with Victoria. My most recent visit involved a scheduled maintenance and having a couple "dings" removed. I was immediately greeted at the car drop-off, taken inside your comfortable waiting area, and then met by Victoria, (she had already checked my car.) Victoria was able to tell me exactly what would be done to my car and costs involved. I had questions about the "dings," and another area on the front of the car, which would involve painting. She quickly contacted both persons who would perform these services and was able to give me time frames and costs. I was loand a car for that day. Victoria kept me up to date on the work, and when it was completed; it looked great. She wanted to make sure everything looked good, that I was satisified, and thought I needed a bottle of water for the ride home. Adam did a fantastic job with this purchase. I had started the search on the internet, and was disappointed with some of the responses from other dealers. They seemed either not very knowledgeable of willing to misrepresent what I wanted. Adam was upfront on all details and information. I may have been able to save a few dollars somewhere else, but Adam was the reason I chose RBM North.
