RBM-North is committed to providing the level of service that you expect as a Mercedes-Benz owner. We offer Main Service as well as Express Service Options. Main Service is designed to take care of all of your service concerns. Courtesy vehicles may be scheduled for Main Service visits. For your convenience, RBM of Atlanta-North also offers a Express Service, giving you the option of having minor repairs and maintenance work done while you wait - with or without an appointment.

Arrival and Check-In
Upon arrival, one of our valet staff will greet you and direct you to the reception area. Once inside, our staff will confirm your arrival and gather information about your visit. You will then be escorted to your Service Advisor's office.

After determining your needs, your Service Advisor will discuss estimates, completion time, and any other relevant details. Please allow 15-45 minutes for this process, since we want to be very thorough. The detailed attention you receive during the check-in process will help ensure that we get all the information we need to do the job right the first time.

After-Hours Drop-Off
If you prefer to drop your vehicle off earlier, we offer an After-Hours drop off option. Simply park and lock your vehicle in our Service Drive. Proceed to the After-Hours drop off area, located near the entrance to the Service Drive. There are envelopes prepared specifically for After-Hours use. Please complete all fields of the envelope, including your signature. Once the envelope is completed, place your vehicle's keys inside of the envelope and drop the envelope into the Night Drop Box located on the floor of the Service Drive. Your Service Advisor will contact you shortly after retrieving your envelope and key to discuss any concerns with your vehicle.

When Your Vehicle is Ready
Once the work is completed, our Service Advisors prefer to meet with you, review all the work that has been completed, and answer any questions that you may have. However, we do offer alternatives for those times when you cannot pick up your vehicle during normal business hours. Ask your Service Advisor for details.
