convenience of Express Service giving you the choice of having minor repairs
and maintenance work done while you wait with or without an appointment.
Scheduling an appointment at our Greater Atlanta Car Repair Center
Scheduling an
appointment with RBM of Atlanta-North is easy. To schedule an appointment by
telephone, simply call RBM of Atlanta-North at 678-637-2333. You will be
transferred to an appointment coordinator who will schedule you at a time that
is convenient for you. You can also create your own appointment online. Click

If email is easier, simply follow this link http://rbmnorth7-px.rtrk.com/service/appointment-form.htm to our appointment request form, complete
this form and submit it, and a member of
our Service Team will contact you to schedule your appointment.
Arrival and Check-In
Upon arrival, one of our Client Assistants will greet you in our
service entrance and direct you to the reception area. You will be greeted by
your Service Advisor promptly. After determining your needs, your Service
Advisor will discuss estimates, completion time, and any other relevant
details. Please allow 15-20 minutes for this process, since we want to be very
thorough. The detailed attention you receive during the check-in process will
help ensure that we get all the information needed to do the job right, the
first time.
After-Hours Drop-Off
If it is more convenient for you to drop off your vehicle for
service outside of our business hours, we offer a convenient, secure After
Hours drop-off option. Proceed to the After- Hours drop off area, located near
the entrance to the Service Drive. There are envelopes prepared specifically
for After-Hours use. Please complete all fields of the envelope, including your
signature. Once the envelope is completed, place your vehicle's keys inside of
the envelope and drop the envelope into the Night Drop Safe located on the
floor of the Service Drive. Your Service Advisor will contact you after
retrieving your envelope and key to discuss any concerns with your vehicle.
When Your Vehicle is Ready
Once the work is completed, our Service Advisors prefer to meet
with you, review all the work that has been completed, and answer any questions
that you may have. However, we offer secure alternatives for those times when
picking up your vehicle outside of our normal business hours is more
convenient. Please ask your Service Advisor for details regarding these
options.
