    Randy Bacon- Shop Foreman

        Randy has been applying mechanical inclination and inspiration to RBM since 1993. He got his start with Mercedes Benz in New Jersey at Contemporary Motor Cars and later moved to Florida where he worked at dealers in Fort Myers and Naples. Randy is Master Certified and is best known for his ability to transform just about anything from broken to essential. He resides in Alpharetta with his wife and three children where his garage workshop reflects his meticulous attention to the clean detail of mechanical perfection. Besides dining out and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, Randy enjoys working on his custom built chopper that he completed in 2008.

    Dan Berry- Service Advisor

        Dan's extensive history with RBM Mercedes Benz began at the Pharr Rd. location in 1982. He worked in the dispatch office for five years prior to becoming a service advisor. As an Advisor at the Sandy Springs location, Dan began to develop a solid client base. His reassuring disposition and extensive product knowledge has brought a following of customers to RBM North since its doors opened in 2007. His relationships with repeat clients have been the most rewarding aspect of his career. Dan spends his spare time with his family, enjoying camping and kayaking when his schedule permits. He is a supporter of Adopt-A-Golden Atlanta, a nonprofit organization that rescues orphaned Golden Retrievers.

    Mary was born and raised in Chicago, IL. Being the eldest of six siblings, Mary is used to a constant flurry of activity. She and her husband moved to Alpharetta in 2000 and Mary found her home away from home at RBM North in 2007. Mary enjoys the atmosphere of camaraderie among the associates at RBM. She spends her spare time with her two Daschund puppies, Panda and Cody. Mary is also an avid reader; favorite authors include Sidney Sheldon and Danielle Steele. Mary also likes to get-away to the Virgin Islands when her schedule permits.

She truly enjoys meeting each new customer and facing the challenge of assessing the service needs for their cars. Her solid foundation of product knowledge combined with her genuinely calm approach is known to put busy clients at ease, even through their most hectic days.  Teresa resides in Woodstock and spends her free time with family and friends. She is also an animal lover and likes to spend time outdoors.

        Janet has been a print model for Macy's and a runway model for Winnie Couture Wedding gowns, but checking in the latest models of Mercedes Benz is her forte. With the constant flow of new and pre-owned cars arriving, Janet has her hands full. She came to the Atlanta area in 2000 and started at RBM North in 2007. She holds a degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Missouri and Janet has also been preparing taxes for H&R Block for seven years. A self-described social butterfly, Janet enjoys working with team members at RBM North and spends her spare time in the company of good friends from the Atlanta area.

         Anna is a native to the Atlanta/Alpharetta area and holds her BA from the University of Florida. Anna grew up in the auto industry, as her father owned a car dealership in the Atlanta area. Anna came to RBM North in 2008 and truly enjoys selling what she refers to as phenomenal products manufactured by Mercedes-Benz. Anna and her husband live in Cumming with their two boys and they enjoy traveling and relaxing in their spare time. Other interests include military support and community support throughout Forsyth County.

         Adam started with the RBM family in 2003 and came to RBM North in 2007. Adam is Master Certified with Mercedes-Benz and has built a career in sales based on a genuine admiration for the history and heritage of Mercedes-Benz. As an Eagle Scout, Adam is accustomed to the reward of setting and reaching for a goal. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, snow boarding and working on projects at home. He recently launched a website dedicated to RBM North and Mercedes-Benz.         David is a student at the University of Mississippi where he is majoring in Business Management. He spends school breaks working at RBM North and is currently pursuing Master Certification with Mercedes Benz. David enjoys the opportunity in getting to know associates at RBM North while learning about the operation of each department. In his spare time, David is an avid runner and jogs a few miles a day with his dog. He also enjoys a good game of poker and attending concerts with friends when his schedule permits.

         Diane says she has the 'fun job' at RBM North. She introduces customers to the bells and whistles of their Mercedes-Benz purchase. Diane started with RBM North from its beginning and enjoys seeing the excitement on customers' faces as she goes over the details of their new car. It is with Diane that customers get to know the most important features of their Mercedes. Diane is married with two daughters and a great son in law. Besides being a devoted wife and mother, Diane has also worked as a travel agent, real estate appraiser and real estate agent.

         Bill was named Salesman of the year for sixteen consecutive years at Joe MacPherson Infiniti in Orange County, California. He moved to Atlanta in 2006 and fit right in at RBM North since its inception. Bill values the different changes that each day brings at RBM North. Those changes provide the cutting edge professional development that allows Bill to draw on his education from St. Francis in New York where he earned a BA in History and minored in Education. Bill enjoys playing golf whenever he can, is an avid sports fan and lives in Cumming with his three children.

        Jon has been helping clients finance their cars for ten years. He's been in Atlanta since 1987, and through repeat and referral business, Jon helped a small independent BMW store become a powerhouse in the Southeast. Jon holds a degree in marketing and he has also managed a Lamborghini and Lotus franchise where he developed a penchant for creating seamless transactions. Jon came to RBM North in 2007 and for him, it's always a thrill to see the excitement in customers who have purchased a Mercedes Benz. In his spare time, Jon plays in a band at his church. Some of his biggest fans include his wife and three daughters.

        After receiving an Associate's Degree in Automotive Technology from Chattahoochee Technical College, Robby began his career as a technician at RBM Mercedes Benz fifteen years ago. He later moved to the Parts Department at the Sandy Springs location and then transferred his expertise to RBM North in 2007. Robby is RBM North's reliable source for specifying difficult parts. He thrives on the challenge of keeping up with the fast pace of automotive technology. Robby lives in Woodstock with his wife and two children where he coaches his daughter's softball team and enjoys fishing and golf in his spare time.

         Bethany combines an eleven-year automotive background with an MBA from Mercer University to administer to the ever-expanding base of Internet sales clientele at RBM. As an Atlanta native, Bethany brings a rich history of being named Top Producer in North American Internet Sales for VW as well as Sales person of the Year at Porsche in 2006. Bethany has been with RBM since 2007. She takes great satisfaction in successfully navigating customers through the intricacies of the Internet sales transaction. She resides in Suwannee with her husband and son and their Doberman. In her spare time, Bethany enjoys traveling, playing tennis and spending time with her family.

His father owned a Chevrolet dealership throughout Peter's childhood and Peter's Mercedes background began in Florida where he worked at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Lauderdale for 10 years. Peter holds a degree in Automotive Marketing and Management from Northwood University and came to RBM North in 2007. He enjoys working in the community conscious environment of RBM where he has been able to quickly establish a loyal customer base from the Alpharetta/Forsyth area. Peter currently resides in Cumming with his wife and two children. When he's not spending free time with his wife and kids, Peter also enjoys an occasional game of golf.

Pat is married with two daughters and four grandchildren. She enjoys the excitement of travel and frequents the Mackinac Islands in her excursions.

         Mark has been a car enthusiast all his life. He has been in the automotive industry for eleven years and joined the team at RBM North in 2008. He holds a BS degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Mark enjoys the exciting and fast paced atmosphere of meeting new people every day at RBM North. Mark's free time is spent with his wife Danielle, and their two Golden Retrievers, Sandy and Jack. The four of them are often spotted on their houseboat cruising the waters of Lake Lanier, living the golden life. Mark is also a supporter of Adopt-A-Golden Atlanta, a volunteer nonprofit organization that rescues orphaned Golden Retrievers.

Stephen has been married for twenty-four years and has four children. As an ordained minister and self-described family guy, he spends his free time at church, with his family or when his schedule permits, at Hawks basketball games. Stephen has thrived in the automotive industry for eight years and came to RBM North in 2008. He has attained Master Certification and enjoys the responsibility of loyalty to a higher calling in life as well as customer service.

        Besides collecting classic cars, Scott has a long list of roles he has fulfilled with Mercedes Benz since 1992. He began as a technician and has also worked as a warranty administrator, dispatcher, Service Manager and Shop Foreman. He has combined his experience with Master Certification and a technical education from Alfred State College in New York to manage the Service Department at RBM North since 2007. Scott enjoys classic car shows and has his own car collection boasting a 1970 Chevelle and a 1965 Chevy truck. He lives in Alpharetta with his wife and children. In his spare time, Scott is the sound engineer at his church.

        Ken's enjoyment of classic cars compliments his long-running career in the automotive industry. In 1981 he began as an apprentice technician and navigated his way through a variety of positions including technician, service advisor, Service Manager, and General Manager. Ken moved from Florida to Atlanta where he joined the RBM team at the Sandy Springs location in 2006. He came to RBM North in 2007 and he is nearing completion of Master Certification. Ken enjoys the opportunities at RBM North to ensure customer fulfillment for its unique clientele. In his spare time, he can usually be found with his wife and daughter. He is an avid boater, setting his sights on a great season in the water at Lake Lanier or Lake Allatoona.

There is never a dull moment at Andy's house as each of his sons are involved in everything from hiking to baseball. He also enjoys oil painting in his free time.

Debbie has been in the automotive industry for 19 years and she began her latest chapter in auto sales with RBM North in 2008. Debbie finds the challenge of keeping up with the rapid technological advances in Mercedes Benz to be one of the most exciting aspects of her job. Meeting new people is rewarding for Debbie and some of her best friends started out as customers, allowing her to build a base of loyal clientele. Debbie currently resides in Cumming and she is a supporter of the Forsyth County Humane Society.

        Duane served in the United States Marine Corps for four years and has been in the Atlanta area since 2005. He came to RBM Mercedes Benz in 2006 and moved to the RBM North location in 2008. A self-disciplined veteran, Duane is rapidly nearing completion of Master Certification with Mercedes Benz. Meeting new customers is what keeps Duane's motivation going. He also enjoys sports and he's a Florida State Seminoles' fan, making time to catch the games when his schedule permits. Duane is married with three children and family time is number one in the Udo household.

Tom has enjoyed meeting countless new people throughout his career and he has continued that tradition at RBM North. Tom lives in Cumming with his wife and enjoys travel and golf in his spare time.

She has been in the automotive industry for six years and is currently nearing completion of a degree in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. Chris enjoys the standard of excellence she has come to appreciate in building her career at RBM North. She is a musician at heart, and makes time to play the cello and guitar when she's not working or studying.
