1964
RBM builds its original location on Pharr Road in Buckhead and brings the
Mercedes-Benz brand to the Atlanta market.
1970
RBM is acquired by John Ellis, who continues to oversee the company's
operations today.
1988
RBM moves from Buckhead to its present location at 7640 Roswell Road in Sandy
Springs. The RBM Pre-Owned department opens for business.
2002
RBM introduces Express Service, for maintenance and minor repairs while you
wait.
2005
RBM becomes the first Mercedes-Benz dealership in the U.S. to offer Star Mobile
service, bringing the RBM Service Department to your home, office, or club.
2006
RBM breaks ground for its second location in South Forsyth County.
2007
RBM opens its newest location in South Forsyth County.

Bill did an excellent job, I initially started out by emailing all car dealers in the metro Atlanta area. Porsche, Jaguar, Lexus, BMW and Mercedes multiple dealership etc. I have no problem saying that Mercedes got my business due to Bill and Bethany's no pressure follow up and primarily because they did what I asked. Many dealers did not get it, that no I did not want to come down and test drive a car and get the full court press from their sales team. I am very busy, I am only taking this time to fill this out because Bill did such a great job. I asked approx 12 dealerships, "I want a 4 seat automatic, convertible, no silver or gray" what is the best deal you can give me and basically if I like it I will come down and get it. That is pretty much what happened, we made a few changes but it all worked out great for us and hopefully you. I will recommend Bill and RBM to my friends if they are looking for a car. Thanks again!

I want to let everyone know how satisfied we were with the customer service and with our agent, Adam Denault. We could not have asked for a better salesman!! He was very courteous and helpful from the beginning to the end!! We had visited 2 Mercedes dealerships before RBM North (a waste of time!) and were not happy...After talking to Adam for only 10 minutes (or less) I was convinced that he would not only get us what we wanted but make me very happy with my new purchase --- HE DID!! Jon was also great....He even gave me some in-site on the history of Mercedes that we didn't know!! Great staff --- including the secretary that recognized me after the first time I came in there --- Great customer service!!

"Great Customer Service"
I am writing to tell you about a great experience I had last evening. I locked the keys to my E-350 in the trunk of my car. A lock smith got me in the car, but we could not get my trunk latch to work so I still was stuck. I called my husband who eventually rescued me (bad traffic), but while I was waiting I called your dealership and was put through to a very nice person named Diane. She was very sympathetic to my situation and eventually we figured out that the latch had been disabled by the lock smith getting into the car. You are a lucky man to have such a pleasant and caring person on your staff. She not only found out the answer for me, but called me back when we became disconnected - and offered to send roadside assistance. I sat for 2 hours in a parking lot and not one person asked if they could help me. Diane didn't know me from Adam when I called, but she stayed on the line with me until we figured it out. Giver her my congratulations on outstanding customer service.
