Randy's career with Mercedes-Benz started in 1977. He began as a Technician Apprentice earning his ASE Certification, and went on to various technical and management positions. Randy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master of Science in Management degree from the University of South Florida. Originally from Ft. Meyers, Florida, he relocated to Atlanta in 1999 and was instrumental in the opening of the RBM of Atlanta-North location. Randy's management style is built on honesty, integrity, and compassion, which is why he often seeks out opportunities to help others. He resides in Marietta with his wife and they have three adult children. He enjoys hiking, traveling, and working on older American muscle cars.

Peter holds a degree in Automotive Marketing and Management from Northwood University and moved to Atlanta to open up RBM-North in 2007. He enjoys working in the community conscious environment of RBM where he has been able to quickly establish a loyal customer base from the Alpharetta/Forsyth area. When he's not spending free time with his wife and kids, Peter also enjoys an occasional game of golf.

Anna is a native to the Atlanta area and holds her BA from the University of Florida. She grew up in the auto industry, working with her father at his local car dealership. Anna came to RBM-North in 2008 and truly enjoys selling what she refers to as "phenomenal products manufactured by Mercedes-Benz". Anna and her husband live in Cumming with their two boys, and they enjoy traveling and relaxing in their spare time. Anna's many interests include military support, and community outreach throughout Forsyth County. 

Mark has been a car enthusiast all his life. He has been in the automotive industry for fifteen years and joined the team at RBM North in 2008. He holds a BS degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Mark enjoys the exciting and fast paced atmosphere of meeting new people every day at RBM North. Mark's free time is spent with his wife Danielle, and their three Golden Retrievers, Sandy, Caymus, and Frazier. The five of them are often spotted on their houseboat cruising the waters of Lake Lanier, living the golden life. Mark is also a supporter of Adopt-A-Golden Atlanta, a volunteer nonprofit organization that rescues orphaned Golden Retrievers.

Jon has been in Atlanta since 1984, and has been in the luxury car business since 1999. Coming to RBM of Atlanta-North in 2007 from Lamborghini Atlanta, Jon was an integral part of launching our finance and leasing department. When he's not at the office, Jon enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.

Sharon has been with Mercedes-Benz for more than 17 years and has built a reputation for outstanding customer satisfaction. Her financial expertise makes her an asset to RBM-North as well as our customers. Sharon is a native of Jacksonville, Florida and attended the University of Florida. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, and a prominent place in the stands routing for the Florida Gators! Sharon is an avid golfer and loves the outdoors. She enjoys spending time with her two grand children and her big yellow lab.

Adam started with the RBM family in 2003 and came to RBM North in 2007. Adam is Master Certified with Mercedes-Benz and has built a career in sales based on a genuine admiration for the history and heritage of Mercedes-Benz. As an Eagle Scout, Adam is accustomed to the reward of setting and acheiving goals. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, snow boarding and working on projects at home. He developed a website dedicated to RBM North and Mercedes-Benz. Susan joined RBM-North in 2009 as part of the Business Development team. As her role quickly evolved, she began contributing to the advertising and branding of the dealership. Susan now manages our marketing department, bringing 12 years of advertising agency experience. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Communication/Design from Rochester Institute of Technology in New York. Susan is a native of Vienna, Virginia, and moved to Johns Creek in 2002.

Casey brings a strong work ethic to RBM-North. Prior to joining our sales team, she served as the Finance Manager at RBM in Sandy Springs. Now Casey manages our inventory and negotiates our Dealer Trades. The relationships she has developed at RBM-North, and with our vendors, is what she likes best about her job. Casey is a graduate of Wingate University in North Carolina where she earned a Business Management degree.  When she’s not hard at work in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing at the lake. 

Diane says she has the 'fun job' at RBM North. She introduces customers to the important features of their Mercedes-Benz. Diane started with RBM North in 2007 and enjoys seeing the excitement on customers' faces as she goes over the details of their new car. In addition to her role as a devoted wife and mother, Diane has also worked as a travel agent, real estate appraiser, and real estate agent.

Mary was born and raised in Chicago, IL. The eldest of six siblings, Mary is used to a constant flurry of activity. She and her husband moved to Alpharetta in 2000 and Mary found her home away from home at RBM North in 2007. She spends her spare time with her two Daschund puppies, Panda and Cody or reading her favorite novel. Her favorite authors include Sidney Sheldon and Danielle Steele. Mary also likes to get away to the Virgin Islands when her schedule permits.

When Cora is not with her family, or at a church function, she can usually be found at RBM North connecting clientele with the appropriate representatives. Cora relocated to the Atlanta area from Ridgewood, New Jersey where she worked in the mortgage industry for 14 years. Cora enjoys the opportunities within RBM for fine-tuning her strong foundation as the liaison between customer and representative.

Derek serves as a liason between our Sales Manager and valued customers. He prepares follow-up communications and provides assistance to our sales consultants. Before joining RBM-North in 2008, Derek toured the country with a rock-and-roll band, experiencing life on the road. Derek holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of West Georgia. He resides in Lawrenceville with his family, and enjoys music, boxing, hiking, and reading.

Nick came to RBM-North in 2011 after several successful years in real estate sales. In addition to his passion for luxury vehicles and the Mercedes-Benz brand, Nick takes pleasure in the camaraderie and professionalism of our sales department. When he's not at work, he enjoys listening to live music with friends, traveling, and experiencing the outdoors.

 

Reza brings a multitude of experience to RBM-North.  His previous positions at area dealerships include sales, management, and finance director.  Reza's wide range of expertise enables him to provide the ultimate car buying experience to his customers, leaving no questions unanswered. He is proud to represent RBM-North and share his knowledge of Mercedes-Benz with new and returning customers.  Reza lives in Suwanee with his wife and 3 boys, and enjoys spending quality time with his family as often as he can.  

David is a student at Mercer University where he is majoring in Business Management. When he's not studying, he spends his time working at RBM North. David is enjoying the opportunity to learn about the operation of each department as he pursues his Master Certification with Mercedes-Benz. He also enjoys a good game of poker and attending concerts with friends when his schedule permits.

Scott has a lifelong love of cars. His experience in the luxury car business exceeds 25 years, and during that time he's owned 66 cars. He is currently driving his 8th Mercedes-Benz! Scott has held customer service, sales, and management positions and earned Cadillac's prestigious Platinum Mark of Excellence Award. What he most enjoys about his job, is helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs while changing their perceptions of the "car-buying experience". Scott is a native of Wisconsin and holds a Bachelor's degree from Winona State University in Minnesota. He is the ultimate outdoorsman, and enjoys bicycling, motorcycling, and hiking.

Best known for being named Number One in Sales in the Atlanta market, David has dominated the industry with a sincere approach and an integrity that customers have come to rely upon. He is ranked in the top 75 sales consultants in the country, which has allowed him to develop a diverse base of clientele. Ten years in the business has reflected his expertise in a number of positions including sales manager. David's ambition in customer satisfaction lends an enduring quality to every relationship he has established with previous and new customers. His free time is spent on the golf course perfecting his swing.

Since RBM-North's inception, Bill has been an integral part of the sales team. He relocated to Forsyth County in 2006 from Orange County, California where he worked for Joe MacPherson Auto Group. During his tenure there, Bill's customer service, and sales history earned him Salesman of the year for sixteen consecutive years. At RBM-North, Bill's professionalism, product knowledge, and Star Certification from Mercedes-Benz are now a testament to his success here. Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a minor in Education from St. Francis in New York. He is an avid sports fan, and enjoys playing golf when his schedule permits.

Andy is originally from Bedfordshire England and has lived in the Atlanta area since 1995. He brings twenty years of experience in the automotive sales industry to RBM North. Andy was a top producer with Lexus before making the move to RBM in May of 2008, and by 2009 he was named RBM North's Salesman of the Year. He currently lives in Cumming with his wife and three sons.

Since 1996, Andrew has always earned the trust of his customers. He is driven by the desire to assist clients with choosing the right vehicle for their needs, and attributes his success to honesty and a wide range of product knowledge. Andrew grew up on the island of St. Maarten and relocated to the United States in 1985. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Florida Metropolitan University. Andrew and his wife currently reside in Brookhaven, and enjoy traveling internationally when they have the opportunity.
